If an initial consultation appointment is missed, the file will be closed and sent back to the referring physician.
If re-referred, this would be considered a new referral starting at the end of the waitlist.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for all requests to be processed. All letters and forms will require 2 weeks to complete. Please note; we do triage each request based on urgency.
